    Training + Nutrition includes all of the above plus a fully customised training program designed to help you build strength, improve performance, and move with confidence - all tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

  • We may use tools like meal templates, portion guidance, or tracking (including calories) when it supports your goals, education, or confidence. The key is flexibility - you'll never be locked into a rigid plan. Think of it as a foundation you can personalise, not a set of rules you have to follow perfectly

  • We help you understand your habits, cravings, and thought loops using practical, neuroscience-informed tools so your results stick.

  • We don’t just focus on weight. We focus on you - how you feel, move, eat, and show up daily. This is coaching that goes beyond quick fixes and builds lasting results.

  • Yes - our programs require a 16-week minimum. Real change takes time, and we’re here to support you through it.

  • Real results take time, consistency, and commitment.
    If you’ve followed the program and haven’t achieved the agreed-upon outcomes by the end of the minimum commitment period, we’ll continue coaching you for free until you do. Because your progress matters to us just as much as it matters to you.

  • For the Training + Nutrition option, gym access is recommended but not essential. We can adapt your program to fit home workouts too.

  • Absolutely. We create flexible, family-friendly strategies that don’t require you to cook separate meals or skip the foods you love.
