I’m Savanah - the founder of Beyond Her Body, and I know what it’s like to be stuck in the cycle of diet culture - obsessing over every bite, overtraining to make up for it, and feeling like food had all the power. I was living in the binge - restrict cycle for years, and I’m here to tell you - you do not have to stay stuck like i was.

The
Beyond Method is everything I wish I had back then: not another plan to follow, but the tools to finally break free.

As a registered Sports Nutritionist with a background in Psychology and over 3 years of coaching experience, I help women let go of food rules and body obsession by shifting the focus inward.

Beyond Her Body was born from this truth: when you stop hyperfixating on the external and start nourishing the internal, you become the most powerful version of yourself.

  • Nutrition Coaching focuses on helping you build a sustainable relationship with food, break free from diet cycles, and achieve body composition goals through personalised strategies and mindset support.

    Training + Nutrition includes all of the above plus a fully customised training program designed to help you build strength, improve performance, and move with confidence - all tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

  • We may use tools like meal templates, portion guidance, or tracking (including calories) when it supports your goals, education, or confidence. The key is flexibility - you'll never be locked into a rigid plan. Think of it as a foundation you can personalise, not a set of rules you have to follow perfectly

  • We help you understand your habits, cravings, and thought loops using practical, neuroscience-informed tools so your results stick.

  • We don’t just focus on weight. We focus on you - how you feel, move, eat, and show up daily. This is coaching that goes beyond quick fixes and builds lasting results.

  • Yes - our programs require a 16-week minimum commitment. Real change takes time, and we’re here to support you through it.

  • Real results take time, consistency, and commitment.
    If you’ve followed the program and haven’t achieved the agreed-upon outcomes by the end of the minimum commitment period, we’ll continue coaching you for free until you do. Because your progress matters to us just as much as it matters to you.

  • For the Training + Nutrition option, gym access is recommended but not essential. We can adapt your program to fit home workouts too.
